All ScentAir cartridges are plastic-sealed before shipping. Unopened cartridges can last up to 6 months.

How long will the ScentAir fragrance cartridge last?

All fragrance cartridges are designed to last for up to 30 days and can run up to 10 hours a day. However, the actual lifespan of a cartridge may vary depending on the fragrance and the intensity level you have chosen for your diffuser.

Can both PRO and HOME cartridge refills be used in the same diffuser?

Please note that our Pro and Home fragrance cartridges are not interchangeable since they are specially designed to be used with their corresponding diffusers.
